Hiring: Bilingual (French & English) Franchise Support Agent – Infinity Mart


Infinity Mart is a proudly Canadian, fast-growing convenience store franchise. We are expanding in Quebec and are looking for a bilingual (French & English) agent who can communicate with franchise applicants from Quebec and assist them through the application process.


Location: DOWNTOWN TORONTO


Type: Part-Time


Compensation: Competitive (discussed during interview)


Responsibilities



  • Speak with potential franchise applicants in French and English

  • Answer questions about our franchise model and application steps

  • Help applicants complete their forms and understand our process

  • Coordinate with our Executive Admin & VP for next steps

  • Provide clear and professional communication at all times


Requirements



  • Fluent in French and English — Must-have

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable handling calls, texts, WhatsApp messages, and emails

  • Professional, reliable, and organized
