The Opportunity
We are looking for an Auto Glass and Tire Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a positive, professional team. This hybrid role combines automotive glass repair and replacement, seasonal tire services, and general shop support, providing steady, year-round work and skill development.

What You'll Do
Perform seasonal tire changeovers, mounting, balancing, and tire repairs
Inspect tires, wheels, and TPMS systems for safety and wear
Complete windshield chip repairs and full windshield replacements
Calibrate ADAS systems when required (training provided if needed)
Assist with general shop maintenance including:
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Shop housekeeping and equipment care
Supporting workflow efficiency between bays
Assisting with inventory organization and tire storage handling
Follow safety procedures and shop standards at all times
Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
Deliver workmanship that reflects True Auto Care's high standards

What We're Looking For
Experience in tire service, automotive glass, or general automotive work
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Valid G driver's licence
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
Willingness to learn and grow with training provided
