<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>At Pier 4 we have ambitious goals around growing our distribution partners and resulting Assets Under Management. We are looking for a bilingual Associate Director, Inside Sales, who wants to be a part of our Sales team and our exciting journey. An individual who is truly engaged in being an advocate of and executing, best-in-class Sales and Advisor Support practices.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Be an integral part of the Pier 4 sales team providing support to Sales VP and their respective territories in achieving aggressive growth goals.</li><li>Cold calling, prospecting, booking meetings and following up on sales activities for the VP’s.</li><li>Following up with Advisors after VP meetings to answer any questions and assist in moving activity forward towards sale.</li><li>Update daily activities and maintain accurate Advisor records within CRM in a timely manner.</li><li>Take ownership of any inbound calls related to trade documents, working with the operations team to ensure proper follow-up with the advisor teams.</li><li>Support all marketing and sales campaign efforts to promote Pier4 REIT.</li><li>Create and implement a sales plan in collaboration with VP’s.</li><li>Proactively following up on road shows, and events.</li><li>Initiate phone and digital contact with Advisors and potential partners to expand and identify new relationships within the financial advisor network.</li><li>Provide valuable advice and information regarding Pier 4 to support Advisors in a continuously changing business environment.</li><li>Effectively provide ongoing support to Advisors with respect to fund & market trends.</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date and thorough understanding of Pier 4’s investment offerings, market trends, competitive offerings and industry best practices.</li><li>Build relationships with Advisors through high-quality, pro-active interactions.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Passion for Real Estate and Alternative Investments.</li><li>Live the Pier 4 values of: Professionalism, Integrity, Excellence and Respect.</li><li>Motivated to achieve success and grow with the firm.</li><li>This job is based in our Toronto office with some travel across Canada.</li></ul><h3>Education, Experience and Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Must be fluent in both French and English.</li><li>Autonomous and organized</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or certificate in related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in the financial services industry in a similar sales capacity.</li><li>Be self-motivated with a sense of urgency.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and shift tasks quickly as well as to work independently.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the industry.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with proven ability in verbal and written communications.</li><li>Team player with proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience with CRM.</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
