Key Responsibilities

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions and diseases with the highest level of care.
  • Provide comprehensive dental services, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry.
  • Establish treatment plans based on patient needs and discuss available treatment options.
  • Perform dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
  • Educate patients on dental hygiene, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
  • Manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with dental assistants and office staff to ensure a smooth flow of procedures and a welcoming environment for patients.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry, techniques, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid dental license to practice in the province of New Brunswick, Canada.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and precision in performing dental procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience as a dentist is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with digital dentistry and dental software will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with orthodontic procedures and cosmetic dentistry is a plus.
