Cardinal Mechanical is seeking a skilled Plumber Apprentice to join our team, you will work alongside experienced plumbers, gain hands-on experience and learn the essential skills required to succeed in the trade. You will assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance on both commercial and large-scale residential projects. Key Responsibilities

· Assist Journeyman Plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.

· Follow instructions and adhere to project plans to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

· Ensure all work meets safety standards and building code requirements.

· Actively engage in learning opportunities to develop technical and trade skills.

· Attend training sessions and classes as part of your apprenticeship program.

· Take initiative to gain knowledge about industry with the best practices and new technologies.

· Work closely with team members to complete tasks on time and within budget.

· Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure seamless workflow.

· Utilize tools and equipment properly, ensuring their maintenance and care.

· Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (if applicable) to assist with planning and installations.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe job site for all team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Apprenticeship Level: Must be Level 2, 3, or 4 Plumbing Apprentice.

· Previous experience of commercial and large-scale residential buildings is considered an asset.

· Blueprint reading skills are an asset but not mandatory.

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

· Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

· Good problem-solving and communication skills.
