<section id="st-companyDescription"><p><p ></p><h2>Company Description</h2></p><p ><p><strong>Accounts Payable Clerk | Head Office Laval</strong></p><p>We are searching for a sharp, detailed-oriented and organized accounts payable clerk to join our accounting team to help process invoices and issue payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.</p></p></section><section id="st-jobDescription"><p><p ></p><h2>Job Description</h2></p><p ><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately review, code, and process high volumes of vendor invoices into the accounting system.</li><li>Work with the purchasing department to solve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders.</li><li>Reconcile monthly vendor statements.</li><li>Monitor the account payable inbox and respond to inquiries.</li><li>Maintain and update vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries regarding account status and payment issues.</li><li>Open new supplier accounts in the accounting system.</li><li>Follow up on necessary approvals.</li><li>Reconcile monthly credit card statements.</li><li>Process expense reports for petty cash and personal expenditures.</li></ul></p></section><section id="st-qualifications"><p><p ></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></p><p ><p><strong>Required skills and qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>DEP in accounting or an equivalent degree.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in an AP position.</li><li>Organized, responsible, appreciates routine in tasks.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Experience with AS400 would be considered an asset.</li><li>French/English spoken and written.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible schedule.
