The Western Territory Sales Manager is responsible for growing market share while promoting our brands, Iron Will Raw, Back 2 Raw and K9 Choice. This role builds strong relationships with retail and distributor partners, strengthens customer satisfaction, and fosters brand loyalty through attentive account management, product education, and service-oriented sales aligned with our company values.</p><p><b>Role:</b></p><ul><li>Become an expert in our products, provide recommendations to customers and educate retailers on our brands</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributor and retailer accounts across Western Canada</li><li>Act as point of contact and provide customer service to retailers & individual customers</li><li>Enhance our brands’ reputation by successfully resolving customer questions & requests promptly</li><li>Assist retailers in merchandising, purchasing & replenishing</li><li>Be the internal source for valuable customer feedback; Proactively identify market shifts, industry trends, & competition status; continuously share this feedback internally</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>3 years experience in CPG or pet industry</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing and growing customer accounts</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing target</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly: this is a field-based role in BC or Alberta, with 4-5 days per week on the road, including occasional overnight and weekend trips</li></ul><h3>Seniority level</h3><ul><li>Mid-Senior level</li></ul><h3>Employment type</h3><ul><li>Full-time</li></ul><h3>Job function</h3><ul><li>Sales and Business Development</li><li>Industries: Food and Beverage Manufacturing</li></ul></p>
