Responsibilities
Our priority is to make sure we hire professional customer service representatives that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a Dispatcher with us, your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating driver routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.
Communicating with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, route adjustments, and problem resolution.
Handling customer inquiries related to service scheduling, delays, and special requests.
Tracking fleet performance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with operations teams to optimize safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Schedule
9:00AM to 6PM Monday to Friday (Dispatcher remains until last route is closed)
Saturdays and Statutory Holiday Overtime
Rotation between team of 4 dispatchers. You work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks and 2 statutory holidays. We are Closed Christmas Day and New Years Day.
What We Need From You
2 years of experience in a high-volume dispatch or logistics environment.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with dispatching software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
