This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes a large sulphide mineral endowment located beneath the oxide resources. We are also advancing permitting and development on our South Railroad Project, a feasibility-stage, open-pit heap leach project located on the prolific Carlin trend in Nevada. This project is part our larger South Carlin Complex which includes a prospective land package. We recently acquired the Musselwhite Mine located in Northern Ontario on Lake Opapimiskan, a gold mine with more than 25 years of operating history. The addition of Musselwhite has allowed Orla to more than double our gold production and provide a strategic entry into a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction. We are custodians of the assets we run and the environments in which we operate, and we are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, care, and respect.<br /></p><p></p><p>Purpose</p><p>We are seeking a dedicated Wash Bay Attendant<br />to join our Maintenance Department, reporting directly to the Musselwhite Mobile Maintenance Supervisor.<br />The Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for cleaning, washing, and maintaining the upkeep of heavy equipment, light vehicles, and machinery used on-site at Musselwhite Mine.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities<br />include:</p><p></p><ul><li>Safely operate pressure washers, steam cleaners, and other cleaning equipment to clean mining vehicles and equipment.</li></ul><ul><li>Clean mud, dirt, oil, and debris from haul trucks, excavators, bulldozers, service trucks, and light vehicles.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure equipment is properly prepared for maintenance or inspection.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and surrounding work areas.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform routine inspections of cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols and PPE requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Complete job logs and daily work reports as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with minor facility maintenance and other general labor tasks as assigned.<br /></li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>Education<br />and Experience:</p><p></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience in a wash bay in a mining or heavy industry environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Valid drivers license.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to operate light vehicles and, optionally, equipment such as skid steers or forklifts<br />advantageous.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work within a team environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Self-directed and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative to do more than is expected or required in theposition.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong commitment to safety.</li></ul><p></p><p>Working Conditions</p><p>The schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day.</p></p></p>
