Job Description
Warehouse and Delivery Duties:
- Pick up customer orders and assist with loading products into their vehicles, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Receive incoming shipments and stack products in the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient operations.
- Drive company vehicles to deliver orders to customers in a timely and courteous manner when necessary.
- Assist with other warehouse and delivery tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
Delivery experience is an asset Valid driver's license (G license only is needed) Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis Excellent organization and communication skills Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by Home Care Supply.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy packages, up to (weight limit)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred
- Familiarity with operating a forklift is a plus
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Please note that this position requires heavy lifting and physical stamina as you will be responsible for loading and unloading packages. Additionally, commercial driving experience is preferred but not required.
