Cranbrook, BC V1C 4Y5
Flexible working schedule, open 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday thru Saturday
Responsibilities
Inspect and load product
Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle
Lift and carry products into customersu2019 homes with no damages, and assemble as required (minimum 50lbs)
Document delivery status
Record information such as mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered
Complete driver check-in, including proper accounting of merchandise and invoicing
Unloading of incoming inventory trailers
Routing and scheduling deliveries
Maintain trucks
Qualifications
Delivery experience is an asset
Valid class 5 driveru2019s license (or higher)
Current Driveru2019s Abstract (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months)
High school diploma or equivalent would be an asset but not mandatory
Customer service oriented
Excellent organization and communication skills
Basic appliance installation and furniture assembly knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
