Our global reputation for excellence in automation and robotics reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and delivering world-class service.   Position Summary  The Warehouse Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to support efficient operations. This role ensures all work areas—including aisles, storage zones, equipment, and common spaces—are kept free of debris, hazards, and contaminants. The Warehouse Cleaner follows established cleaning schedules, adheres to health & safety standards, and supports overall facility upkeep to promote a safe working environment for all employees.   Compensation and Benefits  * Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)  * $27.63 per hour * Paid time off, including a paid birthday day off  * Group medical, dental, and vision benefits (company sponsored)  * Company-sponsored pension plan with employer-matched contributions  * Casual dress environment  * Company events throughout the year (summer picnic, BBQs, annual Christmas party, etc.)  * Friendly and supportive workplace culture  * On-site parking  
  Duties and Responsibilities  * Pick up debris, sweep dock floors using dust mops, brooms and shovels. * Empty trash containers throughout the warehouse, freezer aisles and outside entry/exit doors. * Empty trash containers from lunchrooms and washrooms. * Wash all dock floors with the use of a motorized scrubber. * Other general warehouse cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned. * Ability to operate a Walkie.   Qualifications and Skills  * Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, walking, standing for long periods)  * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness  * Familiarity with safe chemical use and WHMIS (preferred)  * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team * Self-motivated  * A friendly, positive, and professional attitude Schedule  * 8-hour shifts  * Monday to Friday, afternoon shift from 3:00pm-11:00pm  Language Requirements  * French not required  Location & Work Arrangement  * Mississauga and Halton Hills, Ontario  * Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting  * On-site position, five days per week    Diversity & Inclusion Statement  Conestoga Cold Storage is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
