Job Description
Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our client’s distribution team in Mississauga, ON. This temporary role, offering $23 per hour, supports a global leader in the medical-device manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, shipping, inventory handling, and cold-chain compliant processes—all performed according to SOPs, Health Canada GMP standards, and safety requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a high-performing distribution environment, with the potential for the role to become permanent.* Pay rate: $23/hour.

* Shifts: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm

* Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using SAP, RF devices, and the designated Transportation Management System (TMS), including cold-chain processes.
* Ensure proper packaging, documentation, and tracking to maintain product integrity.
* Load and offload trucks and complete inspections as required by Local SOPs.
* Perform all warehouse tasks following Health Canada GMP standards and SOPs.
* Operate up to five types of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) as trained and required.
* Follow OSHA and client-specific health and safety guidelines.
* Handle products and materials according to SOPs and Safety Data Sheets.
* Complete all assigned training and SOP reviews within the Learning Management System.
* Meet and maintain warehouse KPIs, including accuracy targets and picking/put-away metrics.
* Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and documentation procedures.Requirements:
* Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
* Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, documentation, and data entry.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems is considered an asset.
