<p>Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting the efficient handling and sorting of packages. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.</p>

<p><strong>Location: Barrie, ON</strong></p>

<p><strong>Pay Range: $18/hr</strong></p>

<p><strong>Shift: AM Sorter (M-F 2:15 AM to 8:15 AM)</strong></p>

<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Sort and handle packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
<li>Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
<li>Adapt to varying workloads and be flexible with additional hours or overtime as needed.
<li>Maintain a strong focus on customer service and communication throughout the sorting process.
<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices while lifting packages up to 70lbs.
</ul>

<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>

<li>Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic environment.
<li>Quick learner with a strong adaptability to working nights.
<li>Reliable and punctual behavior is essential.
<li>Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
<li>G license is an asset but not required.
