As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Vice President, Institutional Distribution to help us partner with institutional investors—pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, and consultants—to create value through disciplined investment, data-driven insights, and long-term partnerships.<br><br>As <strong>Vice President, Institutional Distribution,</strong> you will play a pivotal role in driving Skyline Wealth Management Inc.’s growth by:</p><ul><li>Developing and executing a world-class institutional fundraising strategy.</li><li>Sourcing, cultivating, and closing commitments from leading institutional investors.</li><li>Positioning Skyline’s investment strategies and performance track record to sophisticated audiences.</li><li>Partnering with senior leadership to shape market strategy, investor engagement, and capital formation.</li></ul>This is a rare opportunity for a driven, relationship-oriented professional to make a tangible impact on our growth trajectory and brand presence in the institutional investment space.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br />Strategic Leadership & Fundraising Execution<ul><li>Lead fundraising initiatives across institutional channels, including pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices.</li><li>Manage the entire capital-raising lifecycle—from prospecting to closing commitments.</li><li>Create and promote innovative products such as SMAs and co-investment opportunities.</li><li>Develop new markets domestically and abroad, expanding our investor base.</li></ul>Relationship Management & Market Positioning<ul><li>Represent Skyline at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events.</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, advisors, and gatekeepers.</li><li>Produce thought leadership materials that reinforce our company expertise and brand.</li></ul>Collaboration & Reporting<ul><li>Partner cross-functionally with portfolio management, marketing, finance, and compliance teams.</li><li>Ensure excellence in investor communications, reporting, and client service.</li><li>Use market intelligence and data to inform strategy and optimize fundraising effectiveness.</li></ul><br /><strong>What You Bring</strong><ul><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in institutional capital raising, investor relations, and/or asset management distribution.</li><li>Proven success securing institutional commitments and managing consultant relationships.</li><li>Deep understanding of alternative investments (real estate, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, etc.).</li><li>Strong financial acumen, presentation skills, and consultative sales expertise.</li><li>Experience working across multiple jurisdictions (Canada, U.S., and international markets).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong><br />At Skyline, you’ll join a culture that values <strong>integrity, collaboration, and entrepreneurial drive.</strong> We empower our people to build meaningful relationships and shape the future of institutional investing.
