This role is pivotal in managing organizational growth, talent optimization, digital transformation, and cultural enhancement while ensuring our HR operations remain innovative, scalable, and impactful.</p><p>What does your typical day look like?</p><p><b>Strategy & Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with executive leadership to define and drive the organization’s long-term vision, culture, and HR strategy.</li><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive global HR roadmap aligned with corporate goals.</li><li>Establish HR service standards, frameworks, and best practices in line with global trends.</li><li>Partner with senior leaders to optimize organizational structure and workforce planning.</li><li>Act as a change agent, ensuring smooth transformation through effective communication and leadership alignment.</li></ul><p><b>Strategic Initiatives & Transformation</b></p><li>Lead global talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management to secure top-tier talent.</li><li>Design and implement leadership development programs to elevate managerial capabilities and drive cultural alignment.</li><li>Oversee the global deployment of HRIS (Workday) to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making.</li><li>Introduce business performance indicators to create clear accountability across teams.</li><li>Strengthen performance management frameworks, fostering a high-performance culture.</li><li>Enhance employee engagement and retention strategies across a diverse, hybrid, and global workforce.</li><li>Drive post-acquisition HR integrations, ensuring seamless cultural and operational transitions.</li><li>Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to reinforce a dynamic and inclusive workplace.</li><p><b>HR Operations & Organizational Efficiency</b></p><li>Oversee global HR operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with employment laws.</li><li>Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to HR teams worldwide.</li><li>Utilize HR analytics and workforce metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.</li><li>Establish competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive structures aligned with market benchmarks.</li><li>Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.</li><p><b>Leadership & Team Development</b></p><li>Build and inspire a high-performing global HR team, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.</li><li>Create an empowered and continuous learning environment that supports professional growth.</li><li>Maintain a transparent and engaging communication strategy to keep employees connected to the company’s mission.</li><p><b>What skills and experience are we looking for?</b></p><li>10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
