Title: Delivery Driver
Reports To: Dispatcher
Territory: Ottawa
Status: Agency Employee
Hours of Work: 10 hours working day

PURPOSE: The Courier Driver is responsible for delivering small packages efficiently and in a timely manner throughout the Ottawa region. The Courier Driver must be flexible with their working hours and physically capable of carrying out up to 250 deliveries per day. It is important that they exhibit safe driving practices at all times and are comfortable with navigating a smartphone. Other responsibilities include completing pre- and post-trip inspections, as well as documenting daily mileage and gas usage.

```Experience```:
- Previous experience as a van driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficient in heavy lifting and moving of goods
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
- Commercial driving experience is an asset
