Compensation Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing
- Learn, grow, and lead: Start with a hands‑on sales role while receiving structured leadership training and mentoring from experienced managers.
- Develop relationships with SMB owners, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions that matter.
- Drive new business development and grow your own territory with entrepreneurial ownership.
- Master sales strategies, tools, and technology as you prepare to become a future Sales Manager.

- Sales experience: 1–3 years of sales or customer‑facing experience and a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- People connector: approachable, outgoing, and naturally build strong relationships with clients.
