Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing multiple software development projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with our development teams and internal stakeholders to help steward projects from start to finish. This is a full‑time position that is based out of our corporate office.
Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location and length of employment.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development efforts
- Bridge between internal stakeholders and other development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and progress, and helping define boundaries between projects
- Collaborate closely with development teams to track progress, identify potential risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Utilize Agile project management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and ensure best practices are followed
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision‑making to align project outcomes with client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within software development or technology consulting
- Strong technical background with experience in software development and the ability to communicate effectively with both users and development teams
- Proficiency with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, GitHub, Linear)
- Proficiency with the Git source control system
- Knowledge of cloud‑based platforms, APIs, and software development life cycles (SDLC)
