Training and support: We offer ongoing training and support to help you thrive in your position.</p><p><b>Location: </b>Chicoutimi, QC</p><p><b>Schedule:</b> 7:30 am - 4:30 pm/ 40 hours per week </p><p><b>Responsibilities </b></p><li>Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns received by phone or email.</li><li>Efficiently process quotations to be developed and orders to be processed.</li><li>Offer technical assistance to help with product selection (excluding systems and engineering projects).</li><li>Offer customers the use of stock items.</li><li>Match competitor part numbers to appropriate Wainbee products.</li><li>Manage the processing of returned items.</li><li>Work in conjunction with outside sales representatives to develop and support company marketing programs.</li><p><b>To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements </b></p><li>Degree or Certification in a technical/mechanical field or a combination of experience and education.</li><li>Experience in hydraulics and/or pneumatics. </li><li>3+ years experience in technical inside sales.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook.</li><li>Experience with a corporate ERP system would be considered an asset. </li><li>Able to lift loads of 30 lbs.</li><p><b>if you are interested, APPLY NOW!
