With a flexible schedule and room for growth, this is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fun and dynamic environment.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Greet guests promptly with a friendly attitude, making eye contact and ensuring a positive experience.</li><li>Accurately take and repeat orders to ensure correctness and satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare food and beverages to company standards, ensuring quality, freshness, and proper temperature.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, drive-thru, and kitchen areas.</li><li>Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns or complaints, ensuring resolution.</li><li>Follow proper sanitation practices, including handwashing and cleaning duties.</li><li>Work efficiently to maintain speed of service, especially during busy periods.</li><li>Be adaptable and work across various stations (e.g., Batter/Fry Sides Station, Prep Station, Packager Station, Front Counter, Lobby Area, Drive-Thru).</li><li>Ensure all products meet company standards and comply with health, safety, fire, security, and hygiene regulations.</li><li>Report any hazards or concerns to the manager on duty immediately.</li></ul><p>Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties, and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Friendly, customer-focused attitude.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness.</li><li>Previous experience in Quick Service is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks involving reaching and bending.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits </strong></p><ul><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Employee meal discount</li><li>Premium rate of pay</li><li>Health benefits (available to full-time employees after 6 months)</li><li>Pension plan (available to full-time employees after 6 months)</li></ul><br><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><br /><ul><li>Ability to understand and follow direction from others.</li><li>Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.</li><li>Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.</li><li>Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.</li></ul><br><br><strong>ABOUT THE COMPANY</strong><br /><p></p><p>By submitting this application, I acknowledge that most Popeyes® restaurants are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
