Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review
corporate, personal, and trust tax returns
(T2, T1, T3) - Lead
tax planning and advisory
for owner-managed businesses - Oversee tax compliance, CRA correspondence, and audits
- Identify and implement
tax minimization strategies - Review and mentor Tax Seniors and Staff Accountants
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and engagement delivery
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with assurance and accounting teams on integrated client solutions
Candidate Profile
- CPA designation
required - 7–12+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Currently operating as a
Tax Manager
or Senior Tax Manager-ready professional - Strong technical knowledge of:
