<p><b>Job Title : Senior IT Systems Administrator</b></p><p><b>Location : Calgary, AB - Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>BSc in Computer Science or related Engineering field is preferred.</li><li>7+ years of increasingly responsible IT Infrastructure administration in data center/SaaS architectures within a DevOps/Agile framework.</li><li>7+ years of hands-on experience administering data center infrastructure and complex cross-functional and cross- organizational projects for mid to large-scale technology companies.</li><li>Experience recommending new enterprise class technologies and processes that will improve overall customer service, reduce operating costs and/or provide a competitive advantage.</li><li>In-depth and highly technical understanding of and administration experience for all major functional areas of IT (networking, compute and storage)</li><li>7+ years of Linux Systems Administration (Red Hat)</li><li>7+ years of Oracle Database Administration.</li><li>10+ years of experience with VMware Virtualization technologies (vSphere, Operations Manager, vCenter, NSX, vSAN, etc)</li><li>7+ years of Firewall and VPN design and implementation (eg: Juniper SRX)</li><li>7+ years of data storage solutions administration</li><li>5+ years of Enterprise Security/ Information Security Administration and Management (Cyber Defense, Penetration Testing, Digital Forensic and Incident Response, etc)</li><li>Knowledge of Infrastructure and Datacentre monitoring software (PRTG, Sensu)</li><li>Microsoft Windows Server Administration (Windows Server 2008/2012/2016)</li><li>Collaboration services such as Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft CRM IPS/ IDS</li><li>Backup, Deduplication and Replication Technologies (Quantum, EMC Data domain)</li><li>Experience with VLANs, VTP, and network protocols ' particularly EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.</li></ul>
