We have family friendly events year-round and affectionately call our team members the Scandi Family.</li><li><strong>Benefits:</strong> We offer a comprehensive medical and dental plan as well as personal days off. </li></ul><p><strong>What your day to day will look like:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for driving to each location daily/weekly to conduct inspections and walk throughs </li><li>Responsible for supervising 20 locations assigned by the Account Manager and provide daily/ weekly updates </li><li>Perform building walk through and inspections following all safety procedures and providing appropriate paperwork when work incidents occur</li><li>Manage inventory reporting replenishing supplies and providing orders to Account manager </li><li>Training of new employees and go to point of contact for on site employees handling scheduling, absences, and any personnel issues</li><li>General cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; buffing floors; stripping and waxing floors; stone care; carpet cleaning; carpet spotting; upholstery cleaning; other duties as assigned. Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client at each location.</li></ul><p><strong>What you&#39;ll need to succeed:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle</li><li>Must be comfortable driving to various locations daily and weekly</li><li>Must have knowledge and experience in the cleaning industry having worked on commercial sites previously</li><li>Ability to provide supervision and training of new employees as well as give daily direction and work lists</li></ul><p><strong>Our interview process:</strong></p><ul><li>20 minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter </li><li>20-40 minute to an hour assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks).</li><li>30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role </li></ul><p>At Scandinavian Building Services we are an equal opportunity employer who values a diverse workplace.
