<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Bétonel/Dulux is hiring a Full-Time Store Manager. Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will lead your store to deliver outstanding customer service and manage all aspects of store operations.</p><h3>Schedule</h3><p>This position is for the day shift with typical store hours Monday – Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM, and Sunday closed.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Opening and closing the Bétonel/Dulux branch.</li><li>Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.</li><li>Maintaining Bétonel/Dulux\'s high customer service standards for yourself and your team.</li><li>Fostering a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership.</li><li>Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team by mentoring team members.</li><li>Ensuring the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel/Dulux standards.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>1 or more years of experience in a retail store environment.</li><li>Previous retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred.</li><li>Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 45 hours required per week.</li><li>Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.</li></ul><h3>About the Company</h3><p>Bétonel/Dulux, a division of The Pittsburgh Paints Company, is hiring immediately for the position of Full-Time Store Manager.
