Our values help us navigate the ever-changing environment in which we operate and ensure we innovate to meet customer needs.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Create wow Everyone Hero Nourish others Take responsibility</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role </b></p><p>The Senior Supply Chain Specialist is a critical operational role responsible for raw material and packaging procurement, upstream inventory accuracy, and the stabilization and continuous improvement of the inventory cycle across third-party manufacturers and partners.</p><p><br></p><p>This role combines hands-on execution, analytical depth, and process development to ensure inventory accuracy, supply continuity, and scalable operations in a complex, outsourced manufacturing environment. The Specialist acts as the operational backbone for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging - owning day-to-day execution while continuously strengthening tools, controls, and processes to reduce manual complexity and operational risk.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You'll Do </b></p><ul><li>Own <b>raw material and packaging ordering</b> for third-party manufacturers</li><li>Lead <b>raw/pack inventory reconciliation and month-end accuracy</b>, including discrepancy investigation and resolution</li><li>Own and continuously improve the <b>end-to-end upstream Inventory Cycle</b>, including documentation, controls, and process stabilization</li><li>Maintain, enhance, and develop core tools, including:</li><li><b>MRP and planning model (MIX)</b></li><li><b>Raw material and ingredient inventory evaluation tool (FIX)</b></li><li>Manage <b>raw material write-offs, adjustments, and inventory provision mechanics</b> in coordination with Finance</li><li>Support <b>inbound logistics and customs clearance</b> for raw materials and packaging</li><li>Partner closely with Supply Planning to ensure <b>material availability aligns with production plans</b></li><li>Identify opportunities to <b>simplify, automate, or systemize</b> inventory and procurement processes</li><li>Provide operational support for <b>major transitions or project work</b> (e.g., changes to TPM operating models)</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with <b>Planning, Plan & Deliver, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and TPM partners</b></li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What This Role Is </b></p><ul><li>A <b>senior, hands-on specialist role</b> with clear ownership and accountability</li><li>A blend of <b>execution, analytical problem-solving, and process building</b></li><li>A key stabilizing force in a <b>complex, outsourced manufacturing and inventory environment</b></li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What This Role Is Not </b></p><ul><li>Not a purely administrative or transactional role</li><li>Not a finished-goods distribution or 3PL operations role</li><li>Not a strategic sourcing or contract negotiation role</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You'll Need </b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in <b>supply chain, materials management, inventory control, or procurement operations</b></li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>raw material and packaging procurement</b></li><li>Proven experience leading <b>inventory reconciliation, variance investigation, and month-end accuracy</b></li><li>Advanced <b>Excel</b> skills, including complex formulas and large multi-sheet models</li><li>Experience working with <b>ERP systems</b> (SAP B1 or similar preferred)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to <b>build, stabilize, and improve processes</b> in manual or evolving environments</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational outcomes</li><li>Collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable working across functions</li></ul><p><b>Considered an Asset</b></p><ul><li><b>SCMP designation</b> (Supply Chain Management Professional) or active pursuit of the designation</li><li>Experience in <b>CPG, food manufacturing, or TPM environments</b></li><li>Exposure to <b>MRP models</b> or advanced planning tools</li><li>Experience supporting <b>inventory write-offs, provisions, or working-capital initiatives</b></li><li>Familiarity with <b>customs clearance or inbound logistics coordination</b></li></ul><p><b>Ideal Candidate Profile</b></p><ul><li>Comfortable operating in <b>complex, evolving environments</b> where structure is still being built</li><li>Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to take full ownership of outcomes</li><li>Naturally inclined toward <b>process improvement and systems thinking</b></li><li>Able to balance hands-on execution with continuous improvement</li></ul><p></p>
