Sr. Nuclear Med Technologist
Job Description
In addition to clinical responsibilities, senior technologists responsibilities include: providing direction and support to staff technologists; promoting a patient focused environment; participating in the planning, organizing and coordinating of clinical and research activities and strategic planning activities; participating in protocol creation, review and revision and the instruction of staff technologists regarding same.
1. Nuclear Medicine certification
2. Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation Technologist of Ontario
3. Current CPR certification
4. Minimum 5 years Nuclear Medicine experience
5. Cardiac Stress Testing and Imaging experience mandatory
6. Demonstrated leadership, motivational and problem-solving skills
7. Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment
8. Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both formal and informal
9. Membership in the CAMRT/OAMRT preferred
