**Location:** Montreal, QC (Hybrid) **Role Overview** , you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building scalable, high-performance systems that power our sustainability platform. You’ll define technical strategy, guide architectural decisions, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management to ensure delivery of robust, cloud-native solutions aligned with our product roadmap.**Key Responsibilities** **•** 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a **leadership or management role**. **•** Proven experience with **microservices architecture**, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems. **•** Hands-on knowledge of **GCP, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub**, and modern DevOps practices. **•** Familiarity with **data engineering tools** (Pandas, Polars, DuckDB) and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, CircleCI, Terraform). **•** Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **•** Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
