<p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>Insight Global is supporting a leading Canadian bank in hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join their Digital Technology Team within Wealth and Asset Management. This team is driving digital transformation by delivering proprietary technology solutions that streamline advisor onboarding, enhance automation, and improve client engagement through innovative digital experiences.</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Skills & Experience</b></p><ul><li>7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or IT Consultant within financial services (capital markets, wealth management, asset management, or investment operations). </li><li>Strong understanding of advisor onboarding processes and digital client engagement strategies. </li><li>Experience with Smart Forms and digitized onboarding design and implementation, including data validation and workflow automation. </li><li>Familiarity with proprietary digital technology environments and secure authentication practices. </li><li>Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Confluence) and ability to write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><b>Nice to Have Skills & Experience</b></p><ul><li>Experience with e-signature platforms and digital document management. </li><li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements for advisor onboarding in Canadian financial services. </li><li>Familiarity with API integrations for digital onboarding solutions.</li></ul>
