Nous recherchons un(e) Spcialiste GRC et Automatisation capable de dvelopper et grer des initiatives de fidlisation visant maintenir lengagement des patients et les inciter revenir dans nos cliniques. Vous superviserez les flux automatiss ainsi que les stratgies de communication multicanal, en veillant ce quils contribuent un parcours patient fluide et efficace.

Principales responsabilits:

  • Examiner, affiner et maintenir les flux de travail automatiss, y compris les squences d'accueil, les rappels, les suivis, les campagnes de ractivation et les flux de fidlisation.
  • Collaborer avec les quipes marketing et cliniques pour laborer des stratgies qui encouragent les visites rptes et la fidlit long terme.
  • Analyser les donnes relatives au parcours des patients, les performances des flux de travail et les rsultats des campagnes, puis recommander des amliorations pour renforcer les conversions et la fidlisation.
  • Collaborer avec les quipes marketing et oprationnelles afin d'amliorer l'engagement des patients et de soutenir les objectifs de fidlisation continus.
  • Grer les outils GRC, en ajustant les dclencheurs, pipelines, formulaires, balises et tableaux de bord de reporting selon les besoins.
  • S'assurer que tous les canaux de communication, y compris les e-mails, les SMS et autres, respectent les directives de conformit et les meilleures pratiques.
  • Maintenir des normes de qualit leves dans toutes les communications, en garantissant l'exactitude, la clart et l'alignement avec la voix de notre marque.
  • Identifier les lacunes ou les points de rupture dans le parcours des patients, puis mettre en uvre des solutions grce des amliorations automatises et oprationnelles.

Qualifications:

  • 1 3 ans d'exprience dans le marketing de fidlisation, avec une solide exprience dans la cration de flux et d'automatisations.
  • Bonne comprhension de l'automatisation du marketing, des entonnoirs de conversion et des flux de travail GRC.
  • Exprience pratique dans la cration et l'optimisation de flux de travail, de campagnes, de formulaires, de pipelines et de dclencheurs.
  • Connaissance des outils GRC, idalement Go High Level.
  • Connaissance des mdias numriques et des canaux d'acquisition de clients.
  • Comprhension des meilleures pratiques en matire de conformit des e-mails et des SMS.
  • Grand souci du dtail et excellentes comptences organisationnelles.
  • Capacit communiquer clairement et rsoudre efficacement les problmes.
  • Aisance soutenir des quipes ayant diffrents niveaux d'adoption des technologies et des besoins de formation.

Victoria Park Medispa is seeking a CRM and Automation Specialist who can develop and manage retention initiatives that keep patients engaged and returning to our clinics. You will oversee automated flows and multi channel communication strategies, ensuring they support a smooth and effective patient journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, refine, and maintain automated workflows, including welcome sequences, reminders, follow ups, reactivation campaigns, and nurture flows
  • Partner with marketing and clinic teams to build strategies that encourage repeat visits and long term loyalty
  • Analyze patient journey data, workflow performance, and campaign results, then recommend improvements to strengthen conversions and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance patient engagement and support ongoing retention goals
  • Manage CRM tools, adjusting triggers, pipelines, forms, tags, and reporting dashboards as needed
  • Ensure all communication channels, including email, SMS, and others, follow compliance guidelines and best practices
  • Maintain high quality standards in all communications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our brand voice
  • Identify gaps or drop off points in the patient journey, then implement solutions through automated and operational improvements


Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in retention marketing, with a solid background in building flows and automations
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, funnels, and CRM workflows
  • Hands on experience creating and optimizing workflows, campaigns, forms, pipelines, and triggers
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, ideally Go High Level
  • Familiarity with digital media and customer acquisition channels
  • Understanding of email and SMS compliance best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Clear communication skills paired with effective problem solving abilities
  • Comfortable supporting teams with different levels of tech adoption and training needs
