Nous sommes un fournisseur de premier plan de solutions de paiement et de points de vente (POS), aidant les entreprises fonctionner de manire fluide et scurise. Nos commerants comptent sur nous pour un support rapide, et nous recherchons un(e) Spcialiste du support client bilingue, proactif(ve), pour rejoindre notre quipe et assurer le bon droulement de nos oprations durant les soires et les fins de semaine.



Le rle :
En tant que Spcialiste du support client bilingue, vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos commerants pendant les heures creuses. Vous trierez les appels et messages, rsoudrez les problmes lorsque possible et escaladerez les questions critiques aux quipes internes appropries. Vous jouerez un rle cl pour garantir que nos commerants reoivent un support rapide, professionnel et prcis.



Responsabilits :

  • Trier les appels entrants, messages et demandes de support des commerants.
  • Surveiller le control tower et coordonner les rponses aux problmes urgents.
  • Fournir un dpannage et des solutions de premier niveau lorsque cest appropri.
  • Escalader les problmes complexes aux quipes internes de manire claire et organise.
  • Maintenir des enregistrements prcis des interactions et problmes dans notre systme de support.
  • Collaborer avec les quipes internes pour amliorer les processus et la documentation de support.



Exigences :

  • Bilingue anglais-franais (oral et crit) obligatoire.
  • Excellentes comptences en communication et en rsolution de problmes.
  • Capacit travailler de manire autonome les soirs et fins de semaine.
  • Exprience antrieure en support client est un atout, idalement dans les paiements, POS ou environnements SaaS.
  • laise avec la technologie et capable dapprendre rapidement de nouveaux systmes.



Horaire :

  • Temps partiel (minimum 24 heures par semaine), postes en soire et fins de semaine. Une flexibilit pour couvrir des horaires variables est requise.

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends)



Location: Remote

We are a leading provider of Payment and Point of Sale (POS) solutions, helping businesses run smoothly and securely. Our merchants rely on us for timely support, and we are seeking a proactive, bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help ensure our operations run seamlessly during evenings and weekends.



The Role:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for our merchants during off-peak hours. You will triage calls and messages, resolve issues when possible, and escalate critical matters to the appropriate internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring our merchants receive timely, professional, and accurate support.



Responsibilities:

  • Triage incoming calls, messages, and support requests from merchants.
  • Monitor the control tower and coordinate responses to urgent issues.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and solutions when appropriate.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams in a clear and organized manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues in our support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and documentation.



Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and French (oral and written) mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends.
  • Previous customer support experience is an asset, ideally in payments, POS, or SaaS environments.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly.



Schedule:

  • Part-time (minimum 24 hours per week), evening and weekend shifts. Flexibility to cover varying schedules is required.
