Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about customer service, sales, as well as health and well-being. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services. With over 600 locations, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.
We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth. Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional Candidates with prior experience in customer service or front desk of a clinic/spa is ideal but not required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell gift cards, upgrades and memberships
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Display a positive, energetic attitude
- Be a team player
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
- Ability to multitask
