<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>Overview</p><p>Adaptiv Networks is seeking a technically curious and service-minded Solution Engineer to join our growing Solutions team. This role bridges technical insight with customer engagement, helping partners and clients deploy Adaptivs SD-WAN and SASE solutions successfully.</p><p><br /></p><p>Reporting to the Solutions team, you will collaborate across the Solutions, Engineering, and Operations teams to support both pre-sales and post-sales initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience looking to build their expertise in networking and cybersecurity while working directly with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.</p><p><br /></p><p>This position may occasionally involve participation in client site visits, trade shows, or partner events in support of business development efforts.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Pre-sales & Customer Engagement</p><ul><li>Support customer and partner discussions with technical insights, product demonstrations, and architectural guidance.</li><li>Design and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilots, and trials to validate solutions in customer environments.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and solution designs.</li><li>Assist with technical presentations and documentation for prospects and partners.</li></ul><p>Post-sales & Solution Delivery</p><ul><li>Participate in the onboarding and deployment of SD-WAN and SASE solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with the Support team on technical escalations and solution troubleshooting.</li><li>Document and test implementation use cases, business cases, best practices, and deployment guides.</li></ul><p>Collaboration & Enablement</p><ul><li>Maintain practical knowledge of the Adaptiv product portfolio through hands-on lab testing.</li><li>Collect and synthesize partner and customer feedback on feature requests, usage patterns, and challenges.</li><li>Share field insights with Product Management to help shape future releases and contribute to roadmap planning.</li><li>Contribute to knowledge base content and internal enablement resources.</li><li>Support training efforts for internal teams and partners.</li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>College or university diploma in networking, computer science, <span >telecommunications,</span> or a related technical field (required).</li><li>25 years of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or solution delivery roles.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to varied audiences.</li><li>Familiarity with IP networking, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud-based environments.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites, industry events, or partner meetings.</li><li>Certification in networking and/or cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Security+) is a strong asset.</li><li>Proficiency with tools such as Jira and GitHub an asset.</li><li>Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.</li></ul><p></p><p>Benefits</p><p>Adaptiv Networks is committed to creating and sustaining a collegial work environment where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Ce poste est idal pour un profil disposant de 2 5 ans dexprience souhaitant approfondir ses connaissances techniques tout en contribuant activement aux projets clients, partenaires et lvolution du produit.</p><p><br /></p><p>Ce poste peut occasionnellement ncessiter des dplacements pour des visites clients, des salons professionnels ou des vnements partenaires.</p><p></p><p>Responsabilits</p><p>Avant-vente et engagement client</p><ul><li>Appuyer les discussions techniques avec les partenaires et les clients (dmonstrations, prsentations, conseils darchitecture).</li><li>Concevoir et piloter des preuves de concept (PoC), des projets pilotes et des essais pour valider les solutions dans les environnements clients.</li><li>Participer la rdaction des noncs de travail (SOW) et la conception de solutions.</li><li>Prparer de la documentation technique adapte aux diffrents contextes clients.</li></ul><p>Aprs-vente et livraison de solution</p><ul><li>Participer lintgration, la configuration et aux tests des dploiements SD-WAN et SASE.</li><li>Collaborer avec lquipe de soutien pour rsoudre les enjeux techniques.</li><li>Documenter les meilleures pratiques et les processus dimplantation.</li></ul><p>Collaboration et dveloppement interne</p><ul><li>Maintenir une connaissance active de la plateforme Adaptiv grce des tests en laboratoire.</li><li>Recueillir et structurer les commentaires des partenaires sur les besoins fonctionnels, les usages et les dfis rencontrs.</li><li>Partager les observations terrain avec lquipe Produit afin de contribuer lvolution de la feuille de route.</li><li>Contribuer la base de connaissances et aux ressources dhabilitation internes.</li><li>Participer aux efforts de formation des quipes internes et des partenaires.</li></ul><p></p><p>Exigences</p><ul><li>Diplme collgial ou universitaire en rseautique, informatique, tlcommunications ou domaine connexe (obligatoire).</li><li>2 5 ans dexprience en soutien technique, avant-vente ou livraison de solutions.</li><li>Excellentes comptences en communication, avec la capacit dexpliquer clairement des concepts techniques diffrents publics.</li><li>Bonne comprhension des rseaux IP, VPN, pare-feux et environnements infonuagiques.</li><li>Capacit collaborer efficacement avec des quipes <span >multidisciplinaires</span> dans un environnement dynamique.</li><li>Volont de voyager loccasion pour des visites clients, des salons ou des rencontres partenaires.</li><li>Une certification en rseautique et/ou en cyberscurit (p. ex. : CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Security+) est un atout important.</li><li>Aisance avec des outils comme Jira et GitHub un atout.</li><li>Le bilinguisme (franais et anglais) est un atout.</li></ul><p></p><p>Avantages</p><p>Adaptiv Networks sengage crer et maintenir un environnement de travail collgial o tous les individus sont traits avec dignit et respect.
