Join our talented Creative team as a Social Content Designer and create social-first creative content from concept to publish-ready execution. If you're curious, creatively driven, and have a strong eye for what resonates on social, this role is for you.

In this role, the successful candidate needs to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote-first working model, leveraging in-person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes

What you'll do

  • Concept and produce social first content across platforms, from idea to final assets

  • Track emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform shifts to guide creative direction

  • Collaborate with the creative team to shape and execute campaign ideas

  • Create static, motion, and short form video content tailored to each platform

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social content

  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Refine creative output using performance insights and evolving best practices

  • Ensure all content is optimized for mobile first consumption

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in a social-focused creative role, such as Graphic Designer or Art Director, with a strong understanding of social platforms, formats, specs, and optimization best practices.

  • Proven ability to create both static and video content

  • Passion for social trends, culture, and evolving creative work

  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a lean creative team

  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident contributing ideas beyond execution

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro

Annualized Compensation Range

$77,000.00 - $81,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
