Key Responsibilities

Posting outdoor advertising copy as scheduled, climbing up to heights of 50' to 70'
Providing operational support as directed
Prepping poster/vinyl signs
Prepping cut-outs or building 4' X 10' wooden sections
Working outdoors in inclement weather
Operating a lawn mower; carrying a ladder at waist level, shoveling snow
Installation and Maintena nsit shelters
Ensuring all health and safety policies and procedures are followed
Other duties as required

Critical Qualifications

Grade 12
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
A proactive self-starter with a team attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to work at heights
Moderate to heavy lifting up to 75 lbs
Organized and dependable individual who can work with minimal supervision
Must have a good attendance record
Must have (green patch) safety boots
Valid driver's license is required

Successful candidates will be required to pass a standardized fitness assessment confirming their ability to perform the essential duties of the position. Satisfactory completion of this assessment is a mandatory pre-condition to employment in this role.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Total earning range: $40,000 - $ The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the company's current salary structure, which may be revised by the company, from time to time, at its sole discretion. The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, experience and internal equity

The salary range above includes an Annual Incentive Plan objective which represent 4% of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The Annual Achievement Incentive Plan ("AIP") payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The AIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the AIP's eligibility requirements. The AIP is subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.

For work arrangements that are 'Hybrid', successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
