This is a full-time position during a shutdown project, ideally suited to an individual who is safety-conscious, hardworking, and eager to contribute to team success.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform general labour duties to support shutdown activities at the plant site.</p></li><li><p>Follow site-specific safety protocols and maintain clean-shaven requirements for respirator use.</p></li><li><p>Assist skilled trades and equipment operators as required.</p></li><li><p>Maintain situational awareness and proactively identify potential hazards.</p></li><li><p>Work effectively in a team environment to complete tasks safely and efficiently.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>CSTS 2020 certification.</p></li><li><p>H2S Alive.</p></li><li><p>Standard First Aid certification.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work 12-hour shifts safely and consistently.</p></li><li><p>Strong situational awareness and communication skills.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Previous labourer experience in shutdowns, industrial, or plant site settings.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Commitment to safety and reliability.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong><br />This role is based at a plant site in Lloydminster, requiring adherence to strict safety standards and PPE requirements. Labourers must be clean-shaven for respirator use and prepared for long shifts in a collaborative, safety-driven work environment.
