Job Summary
Manpower Alberta is currently recruiting an experienced Shipper/Receiver for a day-shift position with one of our valued clients in Edmonton. This role requires strong experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving processes, and accuracy in documentation and material handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily shipping and receiving duties including loading/unloading shipments.
- Use RF scan guns to verify, track, and manage inventory.
- Process waybills, packing slips, and shipping documentation with accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Support general warehouse duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping/receiving department (mandatory).
- RF scan gun experience (required).
- Forklift experience considered an asset (valid certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
