<p><strong>Title: ServiceNow Developer </strong></p><p><strong>Client: Federal Government</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Ottawa (Remote)</strong></p><p><strong>Job Type: Contract 37.5 hours a week</strong></p><p><strong>Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability</strong></p><p><strong>Duration: 1 year contract</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications & Skills</u></strong></p><p><strong>• University degree or college diploma in business administration, statistics, or a related field</strong></p><p><strong>• A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Developer in ServiceNow implementations</strong></p><p><strong>• Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow portals, catalog forms and especially APIs</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services to the Bank:</u></strong></p><p>Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Service Management Platform;</p><p>• Work with Facilities department and third party to create new portals, catalog forms</p><p>• Develop APIs and connect with third party solutions for bi-directional communication</p><p>• Work with internal Bank teams to establish connections between ServiceNow and external solution.</p><p>• Update documentation on integration</p><p>• Perform other enhancements related to forms, catalogs, workflows in ServiceNow.</p><p>• Establish a technical project plan with key milestones and providing status updates.</p><p>• Create ServiceNow epics and stories</p><p>• Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements through the entire development lifecycle</p><p>• Report on development work progress </p><p> Work with the support team to ensure transition from development to operation</p><p>• Provide guidance and expertise to various stakeholders throughout the life of the project</p><p>• Communicate and collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders throughout the life of the project</p><p>• Other related activities and deliverables as required</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Additional Requirements</u></strong></p><p>1. The Consultant(s) may need to have a computer or laptop that meets the following specifications in order to access Bank systems and applications remotely as required: - Windows 10 with version 20H2 or later or a Windows 11 device - Rights to install software required for Azure Virtual Desktop - Available USB A port - Highspeed internet connection </p><p><br></p><p> 2. The Consultant(s) must have a smartphone which can support the Microsoft Authenticator application and appropriate Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity as it will be required for second factor verification to gain access to Bank applications.</p><p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
