<p><h3>Base pay range</h3><p>CA$18.00/hr - CA$19.00/hr</p><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented service technician coordinator to support our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repair schedules. Specializing in cabinetry and interior trim, the service technician coordinator’s responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the service technicians work schedules, data entry, responding to requests via telephone and email.</p><h3>Primary responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support and assist with scheduling the activities of the Service team.</li><li>Coordinate and monitor the progress of current projects.</li><li>Respond and escalate department issues and client complaints.</li><li>Perform administrative tasks, such as keeping track of all reports, processing new orders, and entering appointments.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>College or University diploma in business, administration, or related field.</li><li>Strong industry knowledge (cabinets and interior trim).</li><li>Computer literacy and good organizational skills.</li><li>Problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle stress.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li></ul><h3>Why Join Potvin Construction?</h3><p>At Potvin Construction, we take pride in our commitment to excellence, integrity, and collaboration.
