What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking and Frozen Carbonated Beverage (FCB) equipment with precision.
- Install and set up equipment, ensuring optimal performance through thorough testing and observation.
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to deliver top-notch service.
- Lift, carry, pull, and push components to test, set up, or maintain equipment.
- Communicate effectively, providing and receiving clear written and verbal instructions.
- Learn on the job: We're committed to training the right candidate to master any unfamiliar equipment.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-3 years in food equipment service and repair, with skills in refrigeration, electrical work, or commercial appliance repair.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Physical Capability: Able to lift, carry, and maneuver components as needed.
- Communication: Strong ability to give and follow instructions with clarity and professionalism.
- Drive & Adaptability: A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
