About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Resource Management within the Finance COO Organization. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, driving transparency and accountability of the company’s resources, with a specific focus on workforce management. This role involves enhancing and revising workforce management processes, ensuring governance and compliance with policies, and driving strategic initiatives related to demand and capacity, skills, and job architecture. The individual will also play a key role in defining and implementing finance-specific resource strategies, optimizing onboarding processes, and maintaining oversight on headcount reporting. Applicants must have a strong background in workforce management, including planning, reporting, and location strategy. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to see the big picture, and a proven track record in developing and implementing strategy and process improvement initiatives. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, the ability to operate with limited supervision, and at least 8-10 years of experience are essential. The candidate should be adept at working with senior management, have strong organizational and follow-up skills, and possess excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree being preferred.
