Join our senior management team as the Head of Structured Finance Technology. To be successful, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, along with over 10 years of practical experience in application development and at least 7 years in senior development management. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and a proven ability to lead extensive technology programs in a complex matrix environment are essential. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are required to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization. Experience in banking, financial services, or professional services is advantageous, as is a background in technical IT roles. Ideal candidates will possess certifications as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a commitment to fostering high-performance teams.
