We want the best of the best at Samsung to join our team, not just those who fit into our Culture but those who will ADD to our Culture and make Samsung an even better place to work.<br /><br />Did we catch your attention yet?<br /><br />If you want to work for one of the most recognized brands in the world and one of the Top 100 Employers in Canada and have a ton of fun . then please keep reading!<br /><br /> Position Summary: <br /><br />Sr. Specialist II, MX Sales Platform is responsible for day-to-day operation and administration of various Mobile services of digital marketing programs and platforms such as Samsung Care+, Samsung Finance+, Samsung Wallet, Samsung Health, and Galaxy Store, in order to drive increased loyalty and engagement and deliver commercial results for the business.<br /><br />The incumbent will work closely with Managers of MX Service to develop activities including user and market research, product definition, Processes design, SW validation, Service Quality Assurance, Marketing campaigns planning and execution and product launch, collaborating closely with local teams as well as teams in Korea and US.<br /><br />This role will include responsibility of carrying Admin operations, campaigns management, Projects and programs support, business development support within Canada, Financial Institutions, Device Lifecycle programs, building relationships with Merchants, Merchant Networks and others within the payment eco-system and loyalty space.<br /><br />The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical, creative, and cross-functional leadership skills-thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.<br /><br /> Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <br /><br /> Manage day-to-day operation activities to enhance various Samsung Services platforms including Samsung Care+, Samsung Finance+, Samsung Wallet, Samsung Health and Galaxy Store.<br /> Support Product owners to drive clarity of Samsung Service Platforms and Programs to meet commercial and strategic goals.<br /> In charge of Admin operations, reporting, performance analysis, Marketing campaigns planning and execution to support Samsung Service programs.<br /> Support and Follow-up on Partner invoices submissions, internal legal and financial processes to ensure execution excellence for Samsung Care+ and other programs.<br /> Reporting - Weekly reporting, monthly in-depth analysis, Attach-rate analysis.<br /> Provide regular status reports to the Leadership Team (SECA and HQ) regarding Service and Programs performance in terms of Attach rates, Monthly active users, campaigns KPI metrics.<br /> Solicit and formalize feedback from business teams and technology partners.<br /> Work hands-on with designers, engineers and program managers to implement and build new features.<br /> Contribute to the vision and roadmap of MX overall products and services.<br /> Ensuring that features/requirements meet certain entry criteria before assignment to a release.<br /> Consults and collaborates with cross divisional functions on a wide range of issues related to the strategy formulation process and projects ; gather key intelligence and business updates to ensure alignment to overall corporate strategy.<br /> Own product requirement document (PRD) and associated products specs and requirements documents, and be the single point of contact for key stakeholders including executives, partners, business, strategy, engineering, design, QA, operations and legal team.<br /><br /> Requirements: <br /><br /> Education: <br /><br /> Bachelors required; technical, design or business degree required; advanced technical/creative education a plus.<br /><br /> Knowledge: <br /><br /> Strong product management skills (market opportunity and user need identification, product vision & strategy formation, goal/KPI setting & monitoring, product definition & development, business case development, competitive positioning & pricing, roadmap, release plan & management).<br /> Strong collaborators, who can work across disciplines (internally and externally).<br /> Strong communicators, who can creatively and effectively communicate ideas and build narratives that resonate with consumers and executives alike, with strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver these ideas and narratives convincingly.<br /> Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous and frequently changing environment while prioritizing and managing multiple sets of responsibilities.<br /> Avid user of consumer mobile apps, and experience using health apps, wearables and services.<br /> Comprehensive understanding of the mobile industry, gaming services, loyalty platforms and latest industry trends and technologies.<br /> Ability to manipulate and analyze data to draw appropriate conclusions.<br /> Sharp attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and troubleshoot potential issues.<br /> Able to identify risks early, exercises good judgement when escalating issues of varying urgency.<br /> Excellent organizational and planning skills.<br /> Ability to navigate change and adapt to a fast-paced working environment where systems and processes are frequently improved and upgraded.<br /><br /> Experience: <br /><br /> 3+ years of product management experience.<br /> 3+ years of consumer and/or mobile experience and Loyalty Programs management.<br /> Product management and business management experience in Financial or Telecom industry (consumer and/or enterprise) a huge plus.<br /> Previous experience in end-to-end product lifecycle (concept through deployment and maintenance) is required.<br /> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br /> Team player with exceptional time management skills.<br /> Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently at all levels in the organization.<br /><br /> Samsung is an equal employment opportunity employer. <br /><br /> Samsung has an accommodation process in place and provides accommodations for job applicants with disabilities as appropriate.
