<h3>Senior Mining Consultant – Underground</h3>
<p>This role provides mining expertise and leadership on assignments including engineering studies, operational reviews, implementation of best practices, due diligence, project management, peer review, and business development. The successful candidate will consult on diverse, high‑impact projects and strengthen client relationships while supporting our global team.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Mineral Reserve estimation</li>
<li>Mine Design, Scheduling and Planning optimization</li>
<li>Technical Report contributions (NI 43‑101 or similar) and QP responsibility where applicable</li>
<li>Mining contractor engagement and assessment</li>
<li>Technical Due Diligence</li>
<li>Peer review and technical guidance for team members</li>
<li>Project cost modelling and financial assessments</li>
<li>Software and system implementation</li>
<li>Project Management</li>
<li>Mentoring of team members</li>
<li>Business improvement projects</li>
</ul>
<h3>Desired Skills and Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Recognized Degree in Mineral/Mining Engineering</li>
<li>8+ years experience working in underground mining operations</li>
<li>Engineering professional designation (or eligibility) is preferred</li>
<li>Deswik and/or Datamine software experience preferred</li>
<li>Production and mine engineering tools experience favorable</li>
<li>Participation in mining studies using NI 43‑101 (Scoping, Pre‑feasibility, Feasibility)</li>
<li>Mine design and mine scheduling experience</li>
<li>Mine Economics and cost modelling experience</li>
<li>High motivation, strategic planning, and self‑starting capability</li>
<li>Proven track record of developing and strengthening client relationships, and managing business relationships</li>
</ul>

<li>Salary range: CAD $120K – $155K</li>
