This position provides financial and analytical support across plant operations, SKU- and item-level BoM costing, inventory management, and capital asset planning. The analyst partners closely with Operations, R&D, IT, and Supply Chain teams to deliver insight-driven analytics, ensure accurate cost structures, support new product launches, and develop reporting that drives strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities include:</p>
<li>Perform detailed SKU- and item-level cost analysis across all manufacturing sites to ensure accurate and transparent product costing.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze cost variances, absorption, production throughput, and overall plant performance, providing actionable insights to operations leadership.</li>
<li>Support BOM and routing validation, ensuring costing accuracy for both new and existing products.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to support costing for new product launches, including stage-gate analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.</li>
<li>Contribute to month-end close by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L analysis related to COGS.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate capital asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation, while supporting forecasting and reporting requirements.</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p></p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p><p></p> <p>Successful candidates bring the following to the role:</p> <li>Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.</li>
<li>3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>CPA designation (or working toward completion) strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with solid skills in PowerPoint and Outlook.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred); familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools considered an asset.</li> Apply
