Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations

Support the Controller with month-end and year-end close activities

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with audits

Work cross-functionally within the organization to support financial accuracy and integrity

Help improve and maintain accounting processes

TMGCT

Job Requirements:

CPA Designation Required

4+ years of progressive accounting experience

Experience with IFRS 17 (Strong Asset)

Strong general ledger and reconciliation skills

Experience in a non-profit and/or midsize organization is highly preferred

Insurance industry experience and take initiative

Solid communication and collaboration skills

Strong systems orientation – comfort with learning and adapting to new tools
