<p><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>Job Title :</b> Senior Estimator – ICI Construction</p><p><b>Location :</b> Windsor, Ontario</p><p><b>Salary :</b> $110,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)</p><p>An established and highly regarded ICI construction firm located in Windsor, ON is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their growing team. This company delivers a range of projects within the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) sectors and is known for its strong project delivery, supportive team environment, and longstanding presence in the market.</p><p><b>About the Opportunity :</b></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for ICI construction projects, including tender submissions, budgets, and design-build proposals.</li><li>Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and other documents to accurately estimate costs.</li><li>Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.</li><li>Collaborate with project management teams to provide support during pre-construction and project delivery.</li><li>Track and manage changes to project scopes and budgets.</li><li>Participate in value engineering exercises and recommend cost-effective alternatives where applicable.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of estimating experience in the ICI construction sector in Canada.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing.</li><li>Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul><h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary range of $110,000 – $150,000</li><li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work culture</li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>If you are a detail-oriented estimating professional with a passion for delivering high-quality ICI projects, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p>Please send your resume and a project list to :</p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
