You bring progressive experience in contaminated sites investigation and remediation, along with project management capabilities. Your Impact

  • Lead project-focused teams delivering contaminated sites solutions across BC
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across sectors
  • Conduct investigations and remediation on complex sites, including multi-disciplinary construction projects
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource coordination
  • Oversee proposal development and high-quality deliverables for site assessments, remediation planning, and monitoring
  • Interpret market trends and steward opportunities into successful proposals
  • Mentor and coach team members in technical and career development
  • Champion health and safety across all project phases
  • Collaborate across disciplines to support integrated project delivery
  • Contribute to other duties as needed

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental, Geological, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline with environmental focus)
  • 10–15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with emphasis on contaminated sites, brownfields redevelopment, and/or mine closure
  • Professional engineering designation in BC, or eligibility/in-progress status
  • CSAP designation in BC is highly desired
  • Experience in contaminant hydrogeology is an asset
  • Proven project management skills including budgeting and scheduling
  • Extensive field experience and strong health and safety leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Deep understanding of BC environmental legislation and remediation methods
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge

Compensation

Salary range (in British Columbia): $108,200 to $132,200

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The salary range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
