<p><h3>Senior Data Governance and Data Steward</h3>
<p>CGI is looking for a mid- to senior-level Data Governance and Data Steward to organize, train, and activate data governance within embedded stewardship teams. The role supports leaders in implementing domain-driven governance by establishing and mentoring stewardship communities.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Promote and socialize global data governance standards for domain-driven stewardship teams.</li>
<li>Organize, form, and train data domain stewardship communities using reference data, data access, data quality, metadata, and data cataloging capabilities.</li>
<li>Guide stewardship teams to identify gaps and opportunities, prioritize critical data elements, and focus projects with the highest business impact.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>
<p>Experience and Expertise</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in data governance or data management.</li>
<li>Proven facilitation skills in team discussions and decision-making.</li>
<li>Ability to run training sessions related to data management capabilities.</li>
</ul>
<p>Technical Skills</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Data Catalog tools (Collibra, Alation).</li>
<li>Experience with Master Data Management tools (Reltio).</li>
<li>Experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).</li>
</ul>
<p>Soft Skills</p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent customer and stakeholder management.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Clear communication of complex topics to non-technical business members.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.</li>

<h3>Compensation</h3>
<p>CGI provides a pay estimate of $70,000.00 – $135,000.00, depending on skill level, geographic market, experience, and certifications.</p>
