Role Overview:
Education
Master's degree (MBA or related discipline preferred).
Experience
10–15 years of experience in OCM within the insurance industry, combining advisory and delivery leadership.
Proven success leading strategic OCM engagements within insurance domains such as Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, or Billing.
Experience working with 2–3+ global Tier‑1/Tier‑2 insurance carriers.
Subject matter expertise in 1–2 key insurance domains (e.g., Policy Admin, Underwriting, Billing, Claims).
Strong understanding of OCM methodologies, insurance operations, regulatory environments, and digital transformation trends.
Experience designing Target Operating Models (TOM), transformation roadmaps, and capability assessments.
Demonstrated ability to bridge strategy and execution with practical and actionable transformation plans.
Experience advising on digital transformation initiatives, including AI, automation, cloud platforms, and their impacts on business models.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance transformations.
Strong experience in value tracking, benefits realization, and multi-vendor delivery environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, governance capabilities, and ability to influence senior executives.
Job Description:
Strategic Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement
Advise C‑Suite and senior stakeholders on OCM strategy aligned with business objectives and transformation goals across the insurance value chain.
Lead stakeholder identification, engagement planning, impact analysis, and change readiness assessments.
Anticipate and manage change resistance through proactive interventions.
OCM Strategy, Training & Communications
Develop and lead end‑to‑end OCM strategies, including visioning, roadmap creation, training plans, and communication strategies.
Oversee execution of communication and training programs, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives and stakeholder needs.
Execution of OCM Roadmap
Drive execution of the OCM roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivery timelines.
Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across cross‑functional teams and transformation streams.
Executive Facilitation & Value Realization
Facilitate executive workshops, design sessions, and strategic planning forums to co‑create transformation initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $91407 to $113808 /yearly.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
